CleanMark® EZ-Peel Cleanroom Labels are available with removable or permanent adhesive options to accommodate most process requirements. Adhesion may vary depending on the surface it is applied to; testing in actual production environment is recommended.

Thermal transfer and direct thermal print options

LGI's standard CleanMark® EZ-Peel Cleanroom Labels are designed to fit most standard thermal transfer and direct thermal printers including DataMax , Intermec, Sato and Zebra printers, Label widths are sized to maximize compatibility with smaller desk-top models as well as industrial models and may be ordered on 1" or 3" cores. We recommend using LGI thermal transfer ribbons with our CleanMark® EZ-Peel Cleanroom Labels to ensure optimum print durability.

Cleanroom compatible direct thermal printer ribbons

Cleanroom compatible wax, wax-resin, and resin ribbons are manufactured on non-particulating, 100% synthetic cores. High resistance to smudging, scratching, and static contributes to reliable and long-lasting on-demand printing. Cleanroom ribbons are cleaned and packaged in certified, MDPE cleanroom bags, purged and vacuum-sealed to maintain purity and freshness.

CleanMark EZ-Peel Feature

Our new EZ-Peel feature makes LGI's cleanroom labels easy to peel and apply while wearing gloves typical in cleanrooms, fabs, medical labs and other controlled environments.

A slightly deadened adhesive zone along the sides of each label prevents them from sticking to gloves yet has enough tack to prevent corners from lifting after being applied.

Our EZ-Peel feature comes standard with our catalog cleanroom labels and may also be incorporated into custom labels from LGInternational.
