Thermal Pads

LGInternational offers thermal conductive heat pads suitable for reducing heat typically associated with components in electronic devices. Thermal pads are die cut to your specifications in a wide range of thicknesses, from 0.5mm - 3mm and varying levels of softness. The soft flexible pads allow for maximum adhesion to adjoining surfaces making them ideal for gap fillers between components and heat sinks. Thermal pad features include:
