LGInternational adds label education to their company website
Portland, OR, August 18, 2008 - LGInternational, manufacturer of advanced labeling solutions, has added a label education section to their website as a resource for visitors to learn about labels, membrane switches and how labels are made.

The label education pages consist of modules on various label industry related topics. There are currently three modules with new ones being released regularly; each containing detailed information, diagrams and photos. The first module gives in depth information about pressure sensitive labels, with interactive diagrams explaining the function of each layer. A second module covers the various types of membrane switches and a third explains each printing process, along with charts highlighting the benefits and limitations of each process.
The label education section of LGI ’s website is intended to give engineers and buyers a resource to assist them in choosing label products that are best suited to their requirements. “As technology has evolved, labels have become increasingly more complex requiring greater accuracy in construction. The more our clients know about label products the better understanding we will have of their needs,” says LGInternationl’s president, Mike Martin.
